Austin was my service representative and he was amazing. He made my experience rather easy and stayed in communication even through tech difficulties with the phone. He was very kind, sweet and transparent. However, the technician who worked on my vehicle wasn’t specific enough about what needed to actually be repaired and when I asked for additional work, he gave a hard time and honestly I believe he was being lazy. Why say something needs to be fixed then come up with excuses why it won’t be able to get fixed when I agreed to pay the extra?
